The competition for viral videos with a message is part of the 28th International Short Film Festival Berlin. interfilm Berlin is very pleased to realise the competition together with Zucker.Kommunikation and the Heinrich Boell Foundation.
The online voting will take place from October 15th to November 15th 2012!
